Step 1 - Set up a user login and password

Step 2 - Logging intoTourism Richmond DAMS
Tourism Richmond’s Communications team will send you an email with your user name and password. The first thing you need to do is login to the DAMS. If you can’t remember your password, you can ask for a reminder to be sent by email from this same screen. You will be instructed to enter your email address.

Step 3 - Browse Images and Video
When you login to the DAMS you will see the home page where you can start searchTourism Richmond’s image and b-roll library. The first options you see will be:
To browse high resolution images, choose the ‘view’ button highlighted above in green.
If you are looking for B-Roll, choose the ‘view’ button highlighted above in yellow
Using the Resource Search panel
If you already know the type/subject of image/B Roll that you are looking for, you can use the Resource Search panel to narrow down the images by your own search terms. The Resource Search panel appears to the right of every screen giving access to the DAMS search engine. The panel has a text field for quick, free text searching across the whole library along with other search options, such as “dining”, “attractions”, or “sunset”. The Advanced Search page is accessed directly from this panel giving you more options to refine and target your searches.
Downloading and logging out
Select items for download by clicking on the file and clicking "download".
When you have finished using the DAMS, remember to logout (located in the main menu), especially if others have access to your computer. Thanks!
