Children's Art Festival

Every February, together with the BC Children’s Arts and Literacy Centre, the City of Richmond brings you one of the most unique children’s Festivals in Canada. On Feb 17 & 18, Children will be educated and entertained through interactive Arts workshops and activities. Registration begins on Jan 3^rd 2012.
