Richmond Centre for Disability (RCD), founded in 1985 and established a physical centre in 2000, is a not for profit organization providing direct services to people with disabilities. They specialize in assisting with and providing information, community resources, as well as support for people with disabilities. They issue the Accessible Parking Permit to people with mobility challenges, including tourists who are travelling in BC and Canada.
