The Marketing Team creates and implements multi-media marketing campaigns that develop and grow the profile of Richmond, British Columbia as a destination gateway for visitors. We work with the travel media and our members to gain additional exposure for Richmond through editorials and feature articles. We manage Tourism market research with industry partners.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for the development and execution of the association’s marketing plan. This includes marketing research and analysis; marketing strategy; implementation and planning; project, process, and vendor management; organizational management and leadership; and reporting, measurement, feedback and control systems.
