The Tourism Richmond Visitor Centre is located at the North East Plaza after the George Massey Tunnel, approximately 30 minutes north of the US / Canada Border on Highway #99. It is open year-round and caters to tire traffic arriving via BC Ferries, US / Canada Border and from the interior of BC. The Visitor Centre is fully wireless equipped so visitors can access the internet on their own devices for free by obtaining the password from our Travel Counsellors.

As you head north through the George Massey Tunnel, stay in the right lane so you can immediately turn into the exit driveway BEFORE you approach Exit 32 (Steveston Hwy).
Tourism Richmond also operates a Visitor Centre in Steveston on a seasonal basis from May to September.
